The meat is halaal, if coming from a permissible animal slaughtered in the halaal way. Washing it is not required and the Remains of the blood in the veins doesn’t affect it.

BECAUSE BASICALLY MANY PPL DON’T WASH THAT MEAT AFTER CUTTING IN LENGTHY PIECES & THE BLOOD OF MEAT REMAINS INSIDE THE MEAT ONLY… WE PUT MASALA AND DRY IT IN SUNLIGHT….. IS IT PERMISSIBLE TO EAT FRY OR DRY BLOOD THINGS IN OIL. IS IT HALAL……????
