It is wel known dat v r nt supposed to go out of houses at da time of magrib.my question is if i finishd reading my evenin adkar or if m readin it while goin out immediately after my magrib fard salah.m i protcted? ANSWER: All what is in the chicken is halal as long as it is slaughtered Islamicly.

We needed money so we took a student loan from an agency. I asked my mother if it was interest based or not, she said it wasn’t. In short; I later found out that it was interest based but at that point it was too late and the money is in my bank now, and everything has been concluded. Is the money haram for me even though I didn’t know? If so, do I return the money back to the agency?

My grandfather passed away about 7 years ago and he was really beloved to all of us. Me and some of my family members had taken a few pictures of him when he was alive and sometimes when we miss him, we share pictures of him with each other on WhatsApp groups etc. I want to ask if there’s any problem in doing so and if this is considered a sin.

ANSWER: It is not permissible to keep the pictures of the deceased ones. Delete all his pictures and tear the hard copies.

Is it allowed to kill pests in the house which may harm us? If yes then Are there any specific pests which we are not allowed to kill? ANSWER: No problem in killing harmful pests and insects. The hadith that you mentioned is not authentic.

Is it permissible for a woman to play sports that are pre dominantly ‘male sports’ such as football or kickboxing with the intention of getting fit and learning self defence etc and not to imitate men?

ANSWER: No problem in playing football if there is no non mahram to see them and awrah is properly covered. Regarding kickboxing, this is not permissible. You must not hit or be hit but you can do everything else regarding learning self defence.

I plan on teaching the English language online using a webcam. The company I will be employed by will want me to teach a group of students and at other times it will be one to one teaching. My question is what if I have to teach one to one to a female? Given I won’t be physically in front of her and will only be in contact online for teaching purposes is this ok?
