You may make Duaa for them in this life but not for Allah’s mercy, forgiveness or Paradise as they are deprived of all of that. Pray for their guidance!

I am quite confused with the Miswaq. As I used to wash the Miswaq every time before and after I clean my teeth and tongue. Now a Sheikh has mentioned that I have to cut the part everyday by which I do clean my teeth and tongue and at the same I am not confused.

Is “ayat (verse)” an appropriate name for a girl. Which means “complete”. And I heard that “aairah” is an arabic name which means honorable/respectable. How good is it to name a girl aaiah. Was there anyone named aaiah in islamic history?

Ayah means a verse from the Quran and also a sign. I don’t recommend this name.

What is the ruling on goibng to a Kafir court in the absence of Muslim courts, like in the U.K? IOs it Kufr as we don’t prefer man-made law to the Shariah, it is just that there is no option to be ruled by the shariah.

This is permissible to get your right as it is the only way available. However, you must not exceed what is lawfully yours even if the court give that to you.

im a muslim, i pray five time day, i protect myself from sexual desires but…Im dutiful to my parents but i dont know my father does not like me…So one day i had fought with my father at that time i lost my temper this lead to serious problem….But i feel guilty but im cannot able to control my tamper….Sheikh please try to understand im not doing by following my desire im losing my tamper….So sheikh is there any repentance for me & will Allah accept my repentance ????

Sheikh, whenever we get a new chauffeur or a car, my mother in law uses it. She has her own car and chauffeur Alhamdulillah but whenever we hire someone new or get a new car for ourselves, my mother in law starts using it without even asking unless her one is better.
