I sit with my parents, my father says nasty things about others and I stop him to the best of my ability, it does stop then it starts again then I stop him then he started again then I stopped him, for the 3rd he did it again I stood up to leave then he promised to stop. Did I do the right thing?

A Practising Muslim Therapist counselling NonMuslim mom and me, advised me privately to be less rigid/more flexible & please mom, eg go with mom to restaurants which have music/alcohol (I had tried to find halal restaurants without alcohol). How can I repent from having bad/evil thoughts about women for example if a person was to imagine a woman in a inappropriate way, even if it’s someone you know. And those thoughts that a person gets of women, and when he ask Allah to forgive him and make Tawbah for those thoughts, would Allah expose him to the women On Yawm al-Qiyama for having such thoughts about her, even after he made tawbah?

You should fast voluntarily in order to control your nafs. As long as you don’t act upon these thoughts and you don’t talk to anyone about them and you try to fight them, Allah will not expose you or hold you accountable.

There are so many companies in KSA,joint ventures, like Pepsi Saudi Arabia, etc.Also many products of Israeli companies are available in KSA.Most of them are not made in Israel. Are the Saudis sinning if they are dealing ,with the companies n products of Israel. Is it a sin if we continue to use such products, or because they are joint ventures etc it is ok.
