Shaikh when we send money through google pay app they give us some rewards in the form of money,will this rewards be interest(RIBA).because i heard one alim saying that your getting money in return of money so it is interest(RIBA)

Sheikh I heard an authentic hadith that women who pluck their eyebrows and wear lipsticks as the qiyamah nears.So am a person who never pucks eyebrows as they are forbidden but wears very light lipshade that gives pleasant look for face.so isn’t it permissible for me to wear this light shade that doesn’t cause fitnah as it is lipstick?thisworries me more
