QUESTION: Is it true that being dutiful to the parents is more beloved to Allah than reading Qur’an? For example if I’m reading Qur’an and my mom asks to do dishes, dishes are more rewarding than continuing Qur’an?

ANSWER: Such a statement is wrong and you can’t make such a comparison. Whenever the deed is more required, that deed is more beloved to Allah at that particular time but not generally speaking!

ANSWER: If he is not going to hear you or others have replied to that salam, you are not obliged to reply to it.

QUESTION: Can I touch the Kaaba or hijr Ismael while in the state of ihram? Because they are constantly being scented, I heard that touching them would get scent on ourselves so we shouldn’t.

ANSWER: Touching them is not mandatory while avoiding perfume is while you are in the state of Ihram.

QUESTION: I went fr outng wth my famly knowng tht thrs a mosq whr ladies prayr area available,but aftr reaching got to know Imam closed only the whole lades area bcz alot of toilet using issue.I hv done tyamum & pray outside the mosq.Would my Salah accepted or I should w8 till fathr came out of mosq & he’ll open the car so I get my drinkng watr bottle then pray wth wudu bcz it was Maghrb pryr(time issue)

ANSWER: What you had done is not permissible as water was available and you must have waited for your dad to come and made wudu before praying. Repeat that prayer now as it was invalid!

QUESTION: In Jannah, can unmarried women choose who they get to marry and will Allah allow this marriage to happen even if her chosen spouse is with another woman and did not like her in the Dunya??
