Sheikh a Maulana of my area told us that if ever hair of your beard got white due to your old age then Allah will exempt u from the Hell fire. Is this authentic?

ANSWER: A Muslim who does not associate partners with Allah and does not nullify his Islam with any act or statement that takes him out of the fold of Islam will eventually enter Paradise after being purified in hell from his sins or will be forgiven by Allah as this is absolutely in Allah’s hands.

Sir Allah says he wnt forgive if we have hurted or wronged others unless that person forgive, so if that person died, or away frm us or not willing to forgive then? And islam erases all sins, a convert also wrongs other and enters islam, his sins are wiped then why not a muslims if he repents to Allah coz lord has said he forgive all in zumar. I loose hope when i read that Allah will not forgive.
