Sheikh when is it compulsory to go to the masjid. I don’t know what to do. I have read that it is a major sin if you dont go to mosque. This corona time makes it very difficult. Btw I live 15 minutes from the mosque by walking and 5 minutes or so by bike. I constantly have this feeling that I must go. Also because I go to friday prayer

ANSWER: If you go to work or school or to the market, you should not stop going to the masjid. Take the necessary precautions and pray all your prayers in the masjid.

Sheikh! If i joined congregation prayer just 5 seceonds beforehand ruku, will my first rakah will be considered or not? I mean joining congregation prayer during ruku or just few seconds before ruku , should i consider that rakah or i missed it?

ANSWER: If you and the imam were in the ruku position at the same time and you got to say the prescribed dhikr at least once, that rakah is valid.

Is it permissible to keep hair spikes without getting fade hair cut or without intending to imitate anyone.

Sheikh, my beard is a little see through and patchy on the sides but thicker below the chin, should i wash the see through parts with the face 3 times or only once when running fingers through beard?

ANSWER: If these are pictures of living beings with head and facial features then it’s totally prohibited and you must burn them or shred them up and throw away, besides sincerely repenting to Allah as the one who draws such things are the most severely tormented people on the day of judgement.

Is the understanding that Allah has two kinds of attributes, those perceived (without idrak) with the heart and with the eyes (ie: not abstract). As for Allah’s Wajh, Saaq, Yadain, qadamain, aynain etc they can be perceived with the eyes (ie: not abstract) but differ in their ru’ya, and the how is unknown to us.

ANSWER: You should stand up as soon as the imam is standing in his place.

Sheikh is this correct that if one believes in Allah(SWT) and not commit shirk and belives that prophet Muhammad(peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is His final messenger then no matter what one does he will ultimately enter paradise?

ANSWER: This is in Allah’s hands! If such an individual didn’t pray a single prayer, he is not Muslim. If he committed one of the things that nullify Islam, he will abide in hell for eternity.

Shaikh one of my friend is asking can we call Allah Almighty by Yahweh (jehovah) because this name is used in torah (hebrew) for Allah Almighty…..
