Is it obligatory to say ” Salalahu Alayhi Wa’Salam ” when hearing the name Muhammad (PBUH), even though the name is not referring to The actual Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), but is a name of another person etc?

The hadeeth that mentions the names in details is weak. Yaseen is not the name of the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam.

The name of the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) duaghter was Fatimah Al Zohra. how does that relate to the hadith: The Prophet (salla Allahu alahi wa sallam) said: “Whoever calls himself by other than his father’s name , will be cursed by Allaah, the angels and all the people.” (Reported by Ibn Majah) I am asking because my surname is my mother’s and not my father’s. Although i add my father’s name too to my name but this is not so in the passport

It was narrated from the Prophet (Salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam) that his parents are in Hell. Muslim (203) narrated that a man said: “O Messenger of Allaah, where is my father?’ He said: “In Hell.” When the man turned away, he called him back and said: “My father and your father are in Hell.”
