Is a man allowed to divorce his wife immediately after she delivers, or in that period of 40 days?

My cousin was married to someone then she divorced him then they re-married again is this halal in Islam

This is permissible if he only divorced her the first or second divorce. There has to be a new marriage contract with a new dowry and the consent of her guardian (father).

I am going to be traveling for work halal purposes from Tuesday 5am til Friday 7pm from London (UK) to Lichfield (UK) which is over 100 miles away. I will not be driving there so I have no means of transport when I get there.As I am a traveler do I have to offer jumu’ah salaah in the masjid? If I cannot find a masjid for jumu’ah what should I do?

You should investigate and pray In the masjid as this is the greatest prayer of the week. There are buses and taxis.

I was unsure of whether I completed a rakah (in salah), I repeated it but at the end of Salah I forgot to perform the prostration of forgetfulness. Is my Salah valid or should I perform my salah again?

It is valid because you forgot.

During salah if a woman’s arm (above wrist and below elbow or any part of skin) is exposed involuntarily, and she had covered ( with her head scarf) before starting salah but during salah, as performing ruku and prostration it is exposed is her salah valid?

If it was exposed for a short period of time involuntarily, her payer is valid but she must take her precautions next time to ensure this doesn’t happen again

Is there any sunnah prayer before salat al-Jumu’ah? except for the 2 rakah when entering the Masjid. If it is not a sunnah, what should I then do if I am in a masjid, where everybody else do it?

There is no prescribed Sunnah prayer before Jum’ah

I had a discussion with a woman. I told her that there is no excuse for a person for not praying a prayer on time except oversleeping and forgetfulness(and may be other personal special fatwas, like a surgeon). She said I cannot as a women when driving home from work stop at a gas station and pray outside. I said you have to if you know that if you don’t stop before home, you will miss the time of prayer. The real issue here I think is that she is a women. Can a women pray outside where non-mahram can see her or should she pray inside her car or wait till she get’s home? Is there any excuse to miss the prayer time?

She should pray outside standing even if she prays by the side of the road.

I am an unmarried female aged 31. I have committed a large number of sins during this short span of my life. I am offering Tahajjud Prayers for the last four months. But recently someone told me to consult a scholar/ Mufti to know if I can offer these special prayers? Pease let me know if I cn offer Tahajjud Prayer & stand before Almighty ALLAAH SWT to seek Magfirah or shud I stop offering?

Of course you can and you should. No one is prevented from seeking forgiveness from Allah the almighty. Keep on knocking and you will be forgiven.

Are Triple Divorce Acceptable ?

If the divorce was given 3 at the same time, this is counted as one.

I would like to ask that, at the time of Prophet (pbuh), triple divorces considered as one then how can Umar ibn Al-Kattab (RA) opposed and contradicted the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and said if a man give triple divorces at once then all tree are acceptable?
