When i went Umrah few months before I saw most of people offering 2 raqat nimaz and offering dua on mountain of Marwa .what is rulling on that?

This is not part of the sunnah.

I read in a book (I think by an nawawi) that whoever says aaoutho billahis-samiul alim minashatytairajeem (three times) and then recites the last three ayahs of surah hashr in the morning, 70,000 angels will pray for him untill the evening and if he dies on that day he will be raised with the martyrs,and the same virtues for one who says the above in the evening… would you please enlighten me as to whether this is authentic or hasan or weak.

This is not true. The Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam didn’t say that.

I was discussing with a tableeghi brother, about how they were neglecting their family and children, so he replied that Abdur Rahman ibn Awf radhiAllahu anhu gave way his entire wealth for a battle,… …and he left nothing in his home except Allah and His Messenger salAllahu alaihi wasallam. We also know that Abu bakr radhiAllahu anhu gave his entire wealth for a battle.

I like praying 2 rakaahs nafil prayer before doing an important work like going for an exam etc. with the intention that may Allaah make the work easy for me(not teming it salatul hajat). Is this permissible?

This is not part of the Sunnah. If you wish, you can pray these two Rak’ah and follow that with Du’ah of Istikhara.
