The meaning of the verse, “They will dwell therein for all the time that the heavens and the earth endure, except as your Lord wills” [Hood 11:107]I would like an explanation of the meaning of this passage, and the most correct interpretation of it. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “As for those who are wretched, they will be in the Fire, sighing in a high and low tone.They will dwell therein for all the time that the heavens and the earth endure, except as your Lord wills. Verily, your Lord is the Doer of whatsoever He intends (or wills).And those who are blessed, they will be in Paradise, abiding therein for all the time that the heavens and the earth endure, except as your Lord wills: a gift without an end.” [Hood 11:106-108] May it be understood from this that whoever enters Paradise may be expelled from it if Allaah wills? Have these verses been abrogated by anything in the Qur’aan, since they appear in a Makkan soorah?.

This is permissible but it should not be very melodious or imitating the songs.

There are many morning / evening supplications on your website and on Islamic finder.org. I recite these as as well as some selected verses from the different chapters of the Holy Quraan Is it necessary to recite Bismillah Hirrahman Nirraheem when reciting every supplication? or is it enough to recite Bismillah Hirrahman Nirraheem once in the beginning.

It is best to recite it in the beginning of every Surah but it is not mandatory.

If we are busy in reading Quraan or remembering Allah, and if someone says Salaam, we are obliged to reply. My question is – Is replying by tongue mandatory OR can we reply even by the gesture of hand also?

You must reply in a way he hears you saying it.

When i was reading the quran i notice in two sentences above it was letter ‘jeem’ written in small print. does this mean something or to pronounce in a differnct way or why is it there?

Is Sheikh Mishary al Afasy one of the innovators? Is it not allowed to listen to his recitation of the Qur’an and his nasheeds?

Mishary is not one of the scholars. he is a nasheed artist. Listening to the Quran is permissible from any Muslim. His nasheeds however use a lot of instruments that may make some of them forbidden to listen to due to the similitude to musical instruments.

After every Fard Salaat, we recite Surah Ikhlaas, Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Naas as part of the Dhikr. After Fajr and Maghrib, we should recite it 3 times each. My question is, do we have to say “Bismillah Ar-Rahman Ar-Raheem” before reciting each Surah as part of the Dhikr? Or is once enough? Or nine times during Fajr and Maghrib?

You can read from Tafsir Ibn Katheer, Ass’edi and and Al Baghawi.

What is the rulings in Shariyah on distribution copy of Quran to non muslims, for example what was place in German by so called Salafi they distributed 25 mln copy of Quran translated I think to German but I am not shure it was only German or also Arabic including in this book? And what if in such book there is name Allah write in this way and some of this 25 mln people who received throw it to the garbage or worst? Is it sin full for person who distributed it ?

It is permissible to distribute the translation of the meaning of the Quran to non Muslims as long as it is not in Arabic. Even if they through it in the garbage, this is a translation and not the actual Quran.

Is Hamil or Hafiz the proper word for a person who memorized the Qur’an?
