Is it permissible to accept a gift from winning a Quraan competition? For e.g. if someone took part in a Quraan competition and after completing the competition he/she finds out he/she will receive a prize for it, should he/she accept it or not. While entering the person did not know that there will be a prize at the end.

There is no problem in accepting it.

Is it allowed to hang frames of quran ayat e.g. Ayatul kursi or any ayat ? Is it soemthing like if we hang them angels won’t come ?

It is an issue of dispute. I personally don’t approve it as it is making Quran be a form of decoration and no one usually looks at these ayat or ponder over them. Hanging them has nothing to do with angles coming or not.

I wanted to ask about manners for Quran. Is it permissible or even good to keep ur Quran in ur bag in that situation when u have to keep ur bags on the floor where childrens run and play sometimes children’s feet touch the bag too.

As long as you don’t mean any disrespect, it is permissible for you to put it in the bag in such situations. Of course it is best to put your bag on the table.

Scholars say that it is a surah where Allah has exposed the hypocrites and threatened them with great punishment. Therefore, it was not appropriate to begin it with mercy.

Satan can not mislead anyone after his death. While he is alive, he misguides them in many different ways. You can protect yourself by abiding by the Quran and Sunnah and surrounding yourself with practicing Muslims.

This is how it was taught to us by the prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam. Scholars say because it is about exposing the hypocrites and no mercy is for them.
