I pray Fajr in Jama3a every day, I read at least a Juz’ of the Quran each day, I pray all my prayers on time, but I have one sin which I constantly committ, does ALLAH or the Prophet (pbuh) talk about average people?

What if I commit a sin without realising its a sin?

Allah does not hold people accountable until they know. Therefore, if you did not know, He will not hold you accountable.

There are lots of shops that sell alcohol which are owned by muslim people, are we allowed to trade with them? ie buy any items from there shops.

Yes, this is permissible as long as you avoid trading with them in these forbidden products. You should always advise them not to sell forbidden products.

A brother became close to his married female colleague. Later the guy repented to Allaah and keeps him away from this activity. Now does he require to ask forgiveness from the female’s husband to meet one of the condition of the repentance?

Is it permissible to worship when the sun is actually rising towards the sky and the same when it is actually coming down?

It is permissible to do all forms of worship such as charity, thikr, reciting the Quran etc. It is only forbidden to offer voluntary prayers that have no legitimate reason.

Is there any such concept in Islam that a sinner, say a thief cannot sincerely warn others against a lesser sin like backbiting or music?

There isn’t any such concept. A burglar should also warn others from stealing.

I know that a person should repent if they purposefully did something wrong, but I heard that a Muslim always sins anyway so does this mean that anything wrong which we might have done throughout the daywhich we did not realize, or couldn’t help ourselves, will we be held accountable for, unless we repent?

Yes. Any sin you do you will be held accountable for it unless you repent and have deep and true remorse

All sins that Allah has cursed those who do them or threatened hellfire or set a prescribed punishment for them, these are major sins such as killing, stealing, drinking intoxicants, fornication, backbiting etc

Statements that are uttered these days such as if someone says when praising something or someone “I worship this or that” ..Naudhubillah or “XYZ is like a footballing god” Naudhubillah, can they be regarded as statements of Kufr?

It shouldn’t be said but it can’t be considered to be true Kufr unless it is meant by the heart. However, it is a very serious offense and can nullify Islam if a person persists to say it.
