Yes, you can but not pray witr again.

In Jeddah/Makkah/Medinah the dawn start when the adhan is called or before? And is it permissible to drink whilst fajr adhan is going on?

The athan is usually called when the fajr is due. If you are not holding the glass when it starts, you should stop.

I was praying 2 rakaah for maghrib sunnah in the mosque and then the adhan went off for esha. Is it still accepted as 2 sunnah for maghrib?

A girl been divorced twice. You can pray or just till before the athan of fajr.

A friend is in a dillema. He thought his fast was nullified then he did the secret habit. Then found out that his fast wasn’t nullified. Should he redo the day for doing this ?

As In the ramadhan we can pray tahajjud or qyaam al llail in the masjid in congregation. So is it better to pray with my wife in the house or in the masjid in congregation. To be noted that As i have one baby so she cant attend masjid.
