Sometimes Imam takes too much time to go in Ruku in 3rd and 4th Rakaah. If I have completed reading Surah Fatiha in those Rakaah’s, but still time is there, then what should I do ?

We wanted to enroll our son (who’s doing part time hifz) in a a school that has full time hifz plus few academic studies, but we backed up knowing we won’t be able to effort at all. But my husband’s good friend who’s a Christian, he is willing to help us financially for our son’s studies. He says this is my gift for your son. Now, can we accept this?
