When doing sa’ee and marwa how does one finish sa’ee to marwa does one say the dua then own duaa then get hair cut like walk away straight away from finish on marwa by saying no supplication? Like tawaaf when finished one doesnt say allaahu akbar then go rather one walks away saying nothing?

Can he accept this money or it is considered to be bribe from the moment that he is getting paid for this job by the government?
