My husband prohibits me to use any social media(face book, twitter, what’s app etc) while he uses all of them… is he allowed to do so?

He is allowed to prohibit you from using them! As for him, this depends on how he uses them!

1.Does one get sin if he happens to see or sees animals mating? 2. What is the stand of Islam about wet dreams…is it having sex with a jinn while asleep as i hear people say & does one get sin for what he does in wet dream

I have a garage; man comes to get his car repaired. It requires parts which I have to buy and this requires me to spend time, effort, transportation etc. So I tell him that the parts will cost him 1000 Dirhams, and he agrees – but I know that the parts will cost only 800 Dirhams. What is the ruling on the extra money that I charged him?

If you will charge 200 for fixing it, this is permissible. But if you are going to make a profit of the part itself, this is not permissible.

I would like to please know the authenticity of these morning/evening adhkar. Allahumma Inee As’Alukal Khaira ma fi Hazal Yaum wa Khaira ma bada’u. Wa A’oozubika min Sharri ma fi Hazal Yaum wa Sharri ma bada’u. (once in the morning) Radeetu Billahi Rabban, Wa Bi’Islami Deenan, Wa Bi Muhammadin Sal Allahu Alayhi wa Salam Nabbiyan (3 times in the morning) **And please how authentic is the book of adhkar/supplication, Husnil Muslim, and the numerous adhkar found in it?

I only answer for one question per email. 1- there isn’t any such hadeeth that I could find .

Actually, before I broke my fast, i have the thoughts that i am worshipping my desires and wife if i broke my fast and have intercourse with her yet i still went ahead and do it. If i repented but did not even try to fast back 14 months of 7 days that i purposely skipped and die this way. Will my sins be forgiven? If not, is it shirk or sins of breaking fast?

If you don’t pay the expiation intentionally, you won’t be forgiven.

A person got married and after one year, the couple had a baby boy. The girl was suffering from a disease Tuberculosis before and after marriage which no one new except her parents and her. The child died within 2 months because of the same disease. The husband came to now and after serious discussions he decided to give divorce. I want to now whether his decision was right or not?

I want to know if i understood the hadith right about not to sell something which u do not possess. I will make an example, i hope you understand and can give rule if this is permissible. I work in a company and they would sell me furniture for 300 dollars. I have not bought any. What i want to do is tell a friend “hey i want to sell u a piece of furniture for 600 dollars.” The friend agrees and is about to hand u the money but the problem is u havent owned the furniture so u will have to go buy it first and then sell. And since u dont want to go in risk to buy the furniture first and have nobody to buy it, you would tell your friend “give me 600 and i will hand it over to u tomorrow”. So u made a deal with a friend that ure gonna sell something to him but first he has to give u the money, so that u can buy it from that owner (since u dont own it) for 300 dollars then u keep the other half. Is this permissible?

This is not permissible. The thing you do not own is not permissible for you to sell.

Are there any Holy nights(other than laylathul Qadr) and holy months in islam if so what are they and their significance?

There are no such nights other than LailatulQadr. Months of Rajab, Dhul Hujja, Moharram and Safar are the months which are called sacred months.

Some people make a picture of a chatting tool than in the same picture they write an ayah traslated to english proving its prohibited to flirt. Is it allowed to put a translated ayah in a diffrent kind of pictures to make people understand easier and catch their attention.

No problem!

one of my uncle who is staying as a join family with his brothers, is fasting in day of eid of local region and not participating in the feast of other brothers, saying that he is following universal moonsighting and it doesn’t harm him. Though He hasn’t fasted any voluntary fasting other days.Is it haram?does he need to be advised Or to leave it as difference of opinion?
