Sheikh, please, what is the position in Al-Islam of children born out of wedlock? (1) As to the sins of the parents. (2) Will Allaah accepts the worship of the children if they truly practice Islam and die in it. (3) If the parents truly repented are their sins and that of the children forgivable by Allaah? What should they both do.

The children have no sin or part in this and they are like any other children! The fornicators, if they repent, Allah will forgive them.

is it alright if we dispose some copies of the Quran which aren’t being used, to a recycling depot where they dispose paper, newspapers etc… This is in Canada.

You shouldn’t approach him as long as he is not intending to do it firmly! Get yourself out of this idea and don’t involve yourself in something you will regret later! If he goes and marries on his own, be patient and don’t object but don’t push him to do so!

If somone’s beard is so much on his face; does he need to wash every single hair to make wudu?

He must wash his face and the skin underneath the beard if it is not heavy! If it is heavy, it is sufficient to put his wet fingers through it.

If your intention is to lease it, this seems permissible as this is leasing. But if your intention is to buy it, we have to look at the conditions and judge that accordingly which I don’t have sufficient information about!

A girl worries wether her nikah is valid or not. She was totally willing for the nikaah. At nikah day, her father went straight to the mosque where imam of mosque and groom’s family were present knowing that his daughter is 100% willing for nikah . He told everyone that his daughter approves of marriage. So the groom and the imam with boy’s witnesses signed the nikah papers. Later the father came home with witnesses and everyone formally asked the girl about her approval. She approved and signed. She now complains why noone asked her formally before the groom and his witnesses signed the papers. Does it make any difference sheikh?

I currently study in Hyderabad , India in a women’s Muslim college. Alhumdullilah. Every Friday afternoon one or two lady teachers come to give Islamic lectures. They are against amulets, music, etc but they also speak doubtful matters like Allah is in the heart. Massa of neck should be done Surah Yasin should be read regularly If women doesn’t wear scarf on head while reciting Quran angels get shy and doesn’t enter that area. Angels can’t recite Qur’an so they descend and listen to us when we recite Doing wudhu 5 times is encouraged for women in menses etc How should we students as laymen deal with such teachers who come suddenly and preach?

Is it haram to listen to the nasheed of the khawarij ? It does not contain haram or kufr i just listen because I love many nasheeds etc or some. i listen to whilst at the gym so is it haram to listen to theirs because they are extreme deviants? And should I say extreme deviants or murtadeen ?
