QUESTION: In gatherings in Indonesia, we mostly pass the drink along until it reaches the end on the right or left. As a result, the person sitting immediately to our right is the last to receive the drink. What is the ruling on this?

QUESTION: I am giving Zakat to a Charitable Trust (run by Muslims) who is collecting Zakat & giving it as an Educational scholarship only to the verified poor or needy muslim students studying in school or college throughout the country. Is my Zakat accepted?

ANSWER: This is not permissible You should give zakat in cash to poor and needy Muslims in their hands for them to do whatever they want to do with it.

QUESTION: Sheikh I know that you are supposed to follow the imam in salat but in my masjid in subcontinent the imam changes the position then says the moving takbir and everyone follows him and I sometimes get confused and bend my knees a little then wait am I sinful

ANSWER: If you can see him, move as soon as he reaches the position he is moving to whether he says the takbeer or not. But if you can’t see him, You should follow him after he finishes the takbeer.

QUESTION: The Hadith whoever wake-up in the night and recite la ilaha illallhu wahdahu…… his dua will be answered means which times exactly? Is it in the middle of the night or the last 3rd of night?

ANSWER: They did not bother to narrate any hadeeth and Allah protected the sunnah by not taking any hadeeth from them.

QUESTION: My husband said me during an argument ” dump all your prayers including tahajjud and all azkars in the trash. If you don’t hear me then you won’t enter Jannah”. Also, he had said “You will enter Jannah only if you hear me” Does these words that insults namaz etc breaks ones Iman? If not, is my Nikah valid with that person.
