QUESTION: In Tawheed Rububiyah, it says Allah is the only one who can create, take away a person’s soul at death, etc. But we know that Allah empowers the angel of death to take away the soul at death. So I was wondering, does Allah also empower angels to do tasks like creation, sovereignty, control, or other tasks which are unqiue to Him? Also am I kafir for not knowing the answer to this question?

ANSWER: Allah may delegate tasks such as taking souls out or rain fall to some of His angels as to carry things with His command and enabling them to do such tasks. Creation can only be done by Allah which is creating things from nothing.

QUESTION: During Arafat fast suhoor I ate food while adhan was going on till end of it. Is my fast valid or should i repeat it another day to get reward

ANSWER: The fast is invalid and you cannot repeat it for the reward as Arafat is gone.

QUESTION: I wear abaya outside, it’s long so it sometimes touches roads and washroom floor as well although I try my best to tuck it up to prevent touching it to the floor. On seeing, I find traces of dust on it and nothing else.Can I pray in such abaya while I’m outside or should I carry a different outer gown (which sometimes become difficult as I already carry a baby bag and handbag a with me)

QUESTION: Is it ok to not be afraid about death…I am not being like ”I hav done everything nd am waiting for death”. I am in my 20s only I have much more good deeds to earn InshaAllah Make dua for me.but I am not particularly afraid that any day death might come.i am kinda accepting about it

ANSWER: No problem as we don’t fear death but rather fear our own sins and what Allah will do with them and whether such sins would block us from saying the shahadah while dying.

ANSWER: Al minshawi, Al Husari, al Kanakri, etc

QUESTION: I pray fard of prayer while standing. But sometimes, for zuhr, Isha and maghrib sunnah, I pray them while sitting because I’m tired but not for a very legitimate reason like I’m unable to stand up etc. is it permissible and will it affect my prayers ?

ANSWER: You can pray the sunnah prayers sitting down even without a legitimate reason, however you would lose half the reward of your prayer

QUESTION: I am salaried paid fixed amount per year n contract is 7.5hours Is my income halal if I work 5 or 6 hours due to taking breaks or doing personal things outside my entitled break its impossible not 2 work the full time and if tasks ARE pending I do them the next day or week or if a deadline is there I do it in my outside work time as no one work the full shift.

ANSWER: This is not permissible even if no one does this! You are paid to work certain hours and you must work them as agreed. Normal breaks that people take is fine but you are not allowed to do personal things and get paid for that nor delay work.

QUESTION: Is there any sin like (killing someone) Allah don’t forgive if he repent and ask Allah’s forgiveness?

ANSWER: No, there is no such sin that Allah would not forgive if someone came to Him repenting and asking for forgiveness
