Kindly tell me how does one know if a beer is allowed for him in small quantities ‘if it doesn’t intoxicate him in large quantities’ …if I want to know that…would I first have to drink 4-5 bottles to check if it’s haram for me or not? Is it the same ruling for chocolate with alcohol fillings?

The amount and percentage of alcohol is usually known by experts whether it would intoxicate if consumed in large quantities or not. If chocolate has alcohol in it, usually it is wine and not alcohol. This is totally prohibited.

If we are not able to hear the adhan clearly in pur homes as the masjid maybe far or due to sound .; but we know that the adhan is being given., then is it obligatory to repeat after the muezzin as we are aware of yge wordings of the adhan.

If you don’t hear the actual athan, you shouldn’t say it.

Can you please tell us in the light of Quran and Sunnah should we still treat those relatives with kindness and love who are very cunning and often put the burden of doing big things on us and run away when their turn comes. Should we stay away from them because of their selfishness or stay in touch and be very kind to them?

We treat people with kindness and neglect their shortcomings as we are doing it for the sake of Allah! We must raise the bar and not allow them to make us descend to their level.

I’m a student living in the UK. At college I try lower my gaze from other females unless necessary, even if they’re my teachers or my previous teachers. But what if i say hello to them when they see that I’ve seen them? If i don’t say anything then they’ll think that I’m being rude. So what must i do oh sheikh? I’m very worried that by doing this, i’m doing more harm than good.
