I would just like to ask regarding the dayooth. i am the youngest in my family and my sisters are all married and they do not wear hijab. One of them says that she cannot wear it in this day and age becuase of society and i cannot physically force her to do so. she rejects it. will i be sinful for this and they are all married it is my responsibility or their husbands?

Although I make daily tawbah and istighfar I am haunted by my past sins and I get constant flashbacks of the way I used to be and the evil I committed in my past.
