Shaikh,is it permissible to work in IT Department of government owned agriculture insurance comapny (in Western country)in which primium is subsidized by government for welfare n helping of farmers.(60%primium is paid by government n 40%by farmers)??

ANSWER: Working for an insurance company is not permissible whether owned by government or someone else.

Most of a man’s monthly income is paid for running his family, feeding parents and house rent. Do all of these are counted as charity if he seeks Allaah’s pleasure and acceptance?

ANSWER: This is a transgression in Duaa as this is not found in our religion. They can make istikhara instead and if there is any good in it, Allah will facilitate it for them.

my maternal uncle,aunt & granddad treat my mom with a lot of disrespect & slander about her everywhere among the relative & friends which have made my mother reputation bad with everyone and all of them hate her. though my mother have been sole caretaker & financial provider to them for past .. yrs as my granddad was irresponsible and sitting in home hence my mom had to take care of her siblings.

ANSWER: It is not permissible for you to severe your ties of kinship with them. They will be held accountable on the day of judgement for their ingratitude and their abuse. You will also be held accountable for severing your kinship.

Shaikh when im mensturating and my husband feels the need for sex, he asks me to relieve him by hand, is this ok to do? Also is it allowed for him to relieve me by his hand during mentruation (i know penetration is not allowed) but with his hand is it ok to do?

ANSWER: This is done through investigating by asking the imam of the masjid whether he is regular in prayer or not and by asking his colleagues and relatives about his character etc.
