Sheikh i heard that a boy and a girl can talk to each other without being Engaged if their family knows and they are serious & want to marry and a mufti appove it .is it true?(if girl’s parent’s doesn’t know about that he is talking to him?)

ANSWER: This is totally prohibited even if they are engaged!! Stop listening to this so called mufti!

Sheikh, we were supposed to have 30 days of fast but the government announced Eid one day earlier in Pakistan based on False witness we got to know it later, our local muftis have advised us to make up for the fast so do we have to make up for the fast?

ANSWER: This depends on the instruction of your Muslim rulers. If the government acknowledged that the witnesses were lying, you need to make up one day.

I wanted to ask about music. before my repentance i shared some music to my friends..after my sincere repentance i don’t to those songs.i tell them to delete but they don’t agree to delete the songs i shared even if i tell them.. does that mean everytime they listen to it i gain sins? what should i do to not get sins everytime they listen to it?

ANSWER: As long as you have repented sincerely and tried your best to have them delete it, you won’t be sinful.

About Divorce and second marriage: Sheikh, If a man love a woman and wanted to marry her but his parents not allowed him to get marry to that woman and forced him to get marry with other woman. ANSWER: This is authentic. However the hadith you are referring to is about reciting it before sleeping for protection against punishment of the grave.

In my place people sing a song starting “ya nabi salam alaika” . It has some words like you are forgiver of our sins or something like it. Can we pray behind someone who says it. If someone sings it without knowing it’s meaning does takfeer ( it its kufr) apply on him.

ANSWER: If they say Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam is forgiver of our sins, it’s totally prohibited to pray behind them.

Can hospitals along with good treatment do business like keeping the patient in ICU more than required to charge extra money from the patient, doing unnecessary tests , forcing patient for expensive treatment rather than cheap alternatives.
