I was wondering if it is halal to use the word “damn”? There are two definitions, one similar to “lanat” in Arabic, which we shouldn’t say. But it can also be used to express frustration, for example using it like “damn, I completely forgot to do that!” Would it be halal to use it this way?

ANSWER: This is not permissible as a believer is not a person who curses or uses obscene words or profanity and a person who curses would be deprived from interceding on the day of judgment as the prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam has said.

ANSWER: It is a highly recommended sunnah but it won’t invalidate the prayer when not done.

ANSWER: No problem, without having any haram activities like free mixing, music, taking pictures etc.

If I say only “at-tahiyat” then realize I am supposed to go 2nd rak’ah then I go immediately to 2nd rak’ah while saying allahu akbar, do I need to offer sujud as-shau? If yes, is it after or before salam? Is it correct to say allahu akbar again or just stand up and start 2nd rak’ah?

Is it permissible for a girl to remove her father’s name from her name after marriage and add her husband’s name?? Because the name of the mothers of the believers are taken along with the name of their father..

ANSWER: This is not permissible. It is permissible to give children toys that have the shape of humans or animals. It is not permissible to have these drawings on the clothes of children.

If your not allowed to open up takeaways or restaurants during the time of ramadan fasting, what if the Muslim owner refuses to close, and you are the main chef there, you have to go to work otherwise more people will be affected by you not attending, would you still be sinful for working during ramadan times?

ANSWER: Maintain all his prayers on time, keep away from sins, learn the basics of islam and be a good representative of the deen through his good akhlaq.

Sheikh is it authentic that if you when entering home say salam, say durood, recite surah ikhlas, then your poverty will be removed and you get a lot of rizq. I saw a hadith related to this, but sheikh ibn hajar al haythami said it’s weak. So is this hadith actually weak?
