This depends on the instruction of your Muslim rulers. If the government acknowledged that the witnesses were lying, you need to make up one day.

Sheikh, we were supposed to have 30 days of fast but the government announced Eid one day earlier in Pakistan based on False witness we got to know it later, our local muftis have advised us to make up for the fast so do we have to make up for the fast?
