ANSWER: She’s not obliged to take a loan for going to hajj, she’s exempted from performing hajj if she doesn’t have the financial means. However, her hajj is valid.

I’m severely mentally upset about a fact that is, if I do not take medicine relying on Allah(swt) thinking that, if Allah wants only then the medicine will work. ANSWER: This is not permissible, you must put your trust in Allah, and take the appropriate means, to get cured. You can’t sit home behind closed doors waiting for Allah to feed you without you going out and looking for food or cooking it!

I want to ask you something that is bothering me. I am from Bangladesh and A sheikh here said in a speech that women are the servants of their husband and they are obliged to be at their service 24/7. This thing is really really bothering me and making me re-consider my religion (astaghfirullah).

ANSWER: If the cousins are of the same gender, they should maintain the ties of kinship by communicating with each other, either in person or on phone, however if they’re of opposite gender, they shouldn’t interact unnecessarily as they’re not mahram to each other.

My parents are forcing me to celebrate mawlid everyday and is asking me to recite a durood which contains shirk. I refused but my mother is emotionally blackmailing me and cursing me and telling me you must obey me or else you will be sinful. She is scared that I have become Mujahid (sect in India). ANSWER: You should not obey her or anyone else in disobeying Allah. You should still show respect and obey her in every worldly thing that is halal but you must never obey her in these innovations or anything that goes against the correct Islam, no matter what.
