Though I’m aware that it is the obligation of a muslim to pay zakah to his/her relatives first but nowadays I find my relatives in better condition than the conditions of muslimsbrothers and sisters who are oppressed or homeless. Can I distribute some of the portion of my zakah among them?

ANSWER: You can give your zakat to any Poor or needy Muslims, preference is for the relatives. If you don’t have any poor relatives, you can give it to any other poor or needy Muslim.

ANSWER: You can say this dua in any sujood you want. Specifying the last sajda for making Duaa is not from the sunnah.

There are online jobs that have the ability to earn money thru direct and indirect referral. If I’m able to refer Ms X for instance,and she joined, I earn money, If Ms X refers Ms Z, and she joins as well, I also earn money even though I didn’t refer her but by the person that I reffered before. Sheikh i had an savings acc since riba is haram I decided to close my acc. I took only the money which I deposited and left the interest money in it.If we dont use the bank account for certain period it gets inactive. Its been more than 2 or 3 years allahu alam. ANSWER: You should not have left the interest money in your account, you must take it and give it to poor or needy muslims.

My question is that should a married woman take permission from her husband to fast (nawafil) like on Monday or Thursday? Is it mandatory? Or she can fast without telling him according to her wish?

My father passed on 4 months ago. While we are processing the required paperworks for his estate as he did not leave a will, we want to share and distribute to charity some of his clothes and personal belongings. Can we go ahead with this for now as the paperwork does not affect this.

ANSWER: This is not permissible at all as this person is a fortune-teller and what he’s doing is totally prohibited. Believing him and what he says nullifies a person’s Islam. Going to him without believing him makes the prayers of 40 days with no reward at all! Show her to a good pediatrician.
