When should we perform salah at the semi circle around the Ka’bah? Is it possible to perform prayers in the semi circle around the Ka’bah while performing tawaf??

ANSWER: You can perform salah there anytime except during Fard congregation and while in the middle of doing tawaf. When you pray there, you are praying inside the kaabah.

Someone saw stains of semen on clothes but doesn’t remember that he saw a erotic dream. before he slept there was thunderstorm and lightning. in the morning he thinks that it might be that he got afraid or felt cold that is the reason of semen. so should he perform ghusl?

ANSWER: If semen is present on the underwear, he must perform ghusl whether he remembers seeing a wet dream or not.

I missed magrib prayer due to a valid reason and when entered the masjid, salatul i’sha was announced. Should I join the same or need to make up the magrib first?

ANSWER: You should join the congregation with the intention of maghrib and after the third rakah, sit down and finish your maghrib quickly and rejoin the Imam with the intention of isha while he’s still praying his isha and after he concludes, you get up and continue your isha.

Is it valid for my widowed mother to write a will, where she wants to donate 50% of her cash to a masjid, after she dies and leave 50% to be distributed per Sharia amongst her heirs (4 children)? I read that a person can give away up to 33% of his wealth (to an illegitimate/kafir child etc.) and not more than that. What is the correct ruling?

ANSWER: This is not valid. She can write a will of not more than 1/3rd of her total wealth.
