ANSWER: No problem

QUESTION: I accidentally touched another car while reversing. The damage is uncertain as i think they were already scratches. I left a note, but it may have blown away due to bad weather. It was a public hospital parking with no security or camera. Is there any sin or kaffarah? If i don’t find the owner must i give the price in charity ?

ANSWER: If there was damage done to the car then you should try to find the owner otherwise give that much amount in charity.

QUESTION: In our continent it is said by the elders not to sleep during or near maghrib ‘ADAAN’. Is it true? Even when we make sure to wake on time and pray the maghrib prayer.

ANSWER: No. If you catch the jamah, even if you miss a rakʿah, you still get the reward of praying Isha and Fajr in congregation.

QUESTION: I work in a fast food restaurant. so we have an option that if we want to buy something from restaurant, we get 50% employee discount, but sheikh when I get something from the store so my manager refuses to take money, so are these items halal for me to consume? please note that she is just a manager who works like us there& isn’t the owner of that restaurant.

ANSWER: If she is authorized by the owner to give such items for free, this is permissible. Otherwise, you must not accept it.

QUESTION: If someone ask or request me to do something & I reject, then they try to pressurize me by saying “For the sake of Allah or for the sake of Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ)” do it, in this situation what should I do???

QUESTION: If a person has a local Masjid near his home but chooses to pray Jumu‘ah in another Masjid because he feels the khutbah or the scholar there benefits him more, and he does this regularly every week, is it permissible and considered good in Shari‘ah to leave one’s own local Masjid and attend Jumu‘ah elsewhere? Kindly guide me.”
