Now that apartment is on rent and my father takes the rent money. Since the property is on my mother’s name, is my father legally and islamically allowed to take the rent himself and not give it to my mother?

ANSWER: If it is in your mother’s name and was bought with her money, he has no right in the rent or in anything related to it.

ANSWER: If this was the first athan, there is no problem in that. But if this was the second athan which directly proceeds the Sermon, this is sinful and the transaction is void.

He also said some ignorant things like “it is allowed to pray sitting down at work”, and speaks freely with women. QUESTION: I once was praying and noticed my hair was showing in first rakah, i tried to hide, but i wasn’t able to even when prayer ended. QUESTION: When we go to other cities we stay in hotels… We use the soaps, shampoos, teabags, tissues etc. that are available in the rooms of hotels.
