ANSWER: She’s talking about Islam without knowledge. Of course hijab and beard are obligatory. Most likely she doesn’t even know Arabic and had not read the Quran and doesn’t even know the difference of Quran from sunnah if one would read her a hadeeth!

ANSWER: No. If he cannot afford it, udhiyah is not mandatory upon him. Paying part of the loan back is more important that the sacrifice.
