ANSWER: Muraqaba is to be aware that Allah is watching you so that you don’t do sins or leave mandatory obligations. All proper Muslims do that. This is not an isolated thing that a person does in a temple or a place of seclusion as the Sufis claim!

If someone remarries and has a child from previous marriage (girl- not adult) Can new husband somehow be a mahram for her or an uncle if she is living with mother and new husband? Although her biological father is still alive. If her biological father passes does new husband become mahram? If her mother has sons from new marriage can they also be her mahram (half brothers)?

ANSWER: Step father is a mahram for the step daughters, whether the biological father is alive or dead. The half brothers are of course mahram to her because they share the same mother!

ANSWER: It is a major sin to be disrespectful with your parents and Allah does not forgive you unless your parents forgive you, so seek their forgiveness. However this does not affect your wudu or prayer.

ANSWER: This is not permissible. Such people are worse on Islam than enemies of Islam! They fool so many muslims by their talks so that muslims would think that not wearing the hijab is acceptable.

Is it correct to listen to adhan, do wudu &pray (fard/sunnah) immediately after takbir without mentally telling myself what I’m praying (fajr sunnah)is it enough to say takbir without consciously saying fard/sunnah cause scholar said u need to know what ur praying but due to ocd im never sure if I know and if I consciously tell then i keep repeating in my mind and even after I’m not satisfied

ANSWER: Those who tell themselves about what they are about to do as mentally ill and need psychiatric help! When you see an apple you wish to eat, do you tell yourself that I intend to eat it or just reach out and eat it?

My brother passed away this past July. I know we can make dua and fast on behalf of the deceased. My question is I’ve fasted on the day of Ashoora on his behalf. Will he get the reward of sin being wiped away from previous year? Of course sins being forgiven for the following year wouldn’t count because he is no longer in this world.

I was adopted. My foster mother had passed away when I was 12yrs old. Foster father has gone through many wives. Have neglected me all his life but however have paid for my education and marriage.
