ANSWER: No problem in speaking during wudu but you must not go for answering a phone call or door bell, or do some chore and come back during wudu, this is not permissible.

Is salat not valid in a room where there is toys like dolls, dinosaurs or cartoon characters? There is no picture hanging on the wall. Only baby’s toys laying on the floor. Also is it allowed to have wallpaper of cartoon cars which have eyes on them?
