QUESTION: I work in a private company. Usually there is no leave for dhuhar parayer. I try extending my lunch hour to almost end of dhuhar to go to mosque and pray dhuhar and stay till the start of Asr to pray asr and return in an hour. Is it sinful or permissible?

ANSWER: As long as you don’t take any of their time, this is fine but you can pray thuhur on time in the office and if your lunch break coincides with Asr, you can go to the masjid

ANSWER: If they made the vow by taking Alhusain’s name then its shirk and its not a valid vow, hence there’s no expiation. They must sincerely repent to Allah while showing deep remorse for this shirk and renew their shahadah

ANSWER: No, it is not. He azza wa jal already knows your worries, sorrows, happiness and intentions. You must invoke him with humility, showing your poverty, knocking on the door and make Duaa begging Him to solve your problems and not to vent to Him like that.

Should these brothers still come to the mosque if they have no opportunity to change or clean up first, or would it be better for them to pray elsewhere to avoid disturbing others? ANSWER: They must not make the masjid dirty or harm others with their odor The prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam prohibited a person who had consumed onions or garlic to enter the masjid so that he wouldn’t annoy other worshipers.
