Try to relate him more and more to the seerah of the prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam and his sunnah.

Once he is truely attached to it, he would know that what he is doing is wrong.

QUESTION: Sheikh, how would you advise a daughter to sincerely counsel her father who is involved in Tabligh? He actively goes out for da’wah, and apart from khuruj and the kitab they commonly read, there isn’t other practices concerning. What would you advise her to say?

QUESTION: Not interested in thableegi. Lot times jamath visit us, I try my best to respectfully tell them, “I have works, please leave me”, they insist on telling “some innovative stories/ you can’t go to jannah only you praying,…”. I say sorry, and leave, then they will leave from home saying “Allahu Akbar, Hasbunallah,.”. Now I’m facing lot of problems, may be punishment of it??
