Is seems to be the same but different levels.

I read that a man will get his wife on earth also in Jannah. Same wife. But if we sort of like a guy who is married can we make dua that we get to marry him in jannah, is it permissible? Since we can get anything in Jannah. Or would he get his wife only?

This is not permissible as this is not appropriate. Looking at a person and admiring him to that extent while he is not your Mahram is not appropriate.

How many hoor al ayn’s will a man recieve in jannah ? sometimes i hear 2 , sometimes i hear 72. sometimes even more.. Hoor al ayn’s and wives…?

A man will receive no less than two. Allah will grant the martyr 72. The rest may vary depending on their good deeds.

How many gates of heaven are there and for what kinds of worship?

There are 8 gates; one is for fasting which is called Al Rayyan and others for Jihad etc.

Is it permissable for a practicing woman to ask allah to make her the only wife for her husband in paradise, is this allowed or will i be doing something selfish?

This is not permissible as he will have two wives, if he enters paradise.

The human is a queen and the Hoor are servants and concubines. The human wife is more honored and loved by her husband.

Is it true that when a child dies they can act on behalf of their parents on the Day of Judgement? Also, what happens in the case of children that have died during a miscarriage and therefore not yet born? Can they still act on behalf of their parents?

Those who die before reaching the age of puberty will intercede for their parents. Miscarriages would also drag their mothers with their umbilical cord to paradise as stated in the hadeeth.

All Muslims will enter Jannah eventually after being purified in Hell for their sins, unless Allah wills otherwise.

Is Martyr dead only meant in battlefield or some other type of dead can also be like martyred in battlefield? And does the 72 hoor al-ayn which Allah (SWT) promissed to martyred, is that meant for those who martyr in battlefield?

There are other martyrs such as those who die drowning, in fire, under a falling building, due to child delivery etc. The 72 virgins are only for those who are martyred on the battle field.
