Is it ok to have more than one intention at the same time when reading the Quran? For example one recites to draw closer to Allah + as a ruqa against illness + to keep the shayatin away from ones house?

This is permissible.

I would like to know whether the Quran is considered to be logical or emotional? When I read the Quran, I can see both of these but is it leaning towards one more than the other or is there a third option?

I don’t know. This depends on how a person perceives the Quran. For some, it is logical and for others it is emotional

Of course sheikh reciting quran has great reward, But is there any special virtue of reciting surah al fath. like when u recite surah al mulk inshaAllah one will be saved fro punishment of grave? Do you know any about surah al fath?

I do not believe that there is anything authentic on its virtues.

Should we recite Awudu billahi meena shaytaaan-irajeeem. Bismillah irahman iraheem each time we start a sura, or only Bismillah irahman iraheem with sura and Awudu billahi meena shaytaaan-irajeeem. for Ayatul kursi and last 2 ayah of sura baqara?

You should seek refuge in Allah from Satan once and recite bismillah only in the beginning of the surah and not the ayah.

I recite the Surah Yaseen Daily, do I still need to read from the quran besides this?

It is not a Sunnah to recite it on daily or monthly basis.

What is the minimum verse of long Surah to be read in prayer? E.g. Can I read Surah Mulk (complete) in the 1st rakaat and then 30 verses of Surah Rahman in the 2nd rakaat? Or is it makroo to read more than 3 verses from long surahs?

You can read what you wish to read without any restrictions as long as you are not leading others.

Is there any minimum limit (minimum verses) to recite Quraan on daily basis?

There isn’t any minimum but it is recommended that you read the whole Quran once a month.

Sheikh, if one is reading the Qur’aan and someone gives him salaam, can he return the salaam straight away or should he finish the ayah then return the salaam?

The pause between finishing the ayah and replying to him is not that long. Therefore, it is permissible to finish the ayah.
