Pleasing Allah is more important than pleasing your mother. You must not work in such a bank and you should look for someone who is practicing to marry and not this individual as it seems that he doesn’t care about Islam or your beliefs

As a muslim, is it permissible to call and greet a non muslim friend or neighbor to wish them on their celebrations such as x’mas, new year, hannukah etc?
