ANSWER: If you had intended it to be maghreb and you had already prayed Maghreb, your prayer is invalid and you need to restart it again for isha.

QUESTION: If a person finds out that his wife cheated on him or vice versa and out of rage, attempts to kill her or kills her, then will that person be sinful?
