A house is being given on rent for 8000 rupees monthly. The owner is saying that if we give 300000 rupees as security, he will reduce the rent to 3000 rupees monthly. And when we leave the house, he will return the 300000 rupees security. Is this permissible?

My wife is someone who is not really interested & doesn’t enjoy intercourse & intimacy.I have to ‘start’ anything myself to fulfill my desires, but cannot do so as much I would want to. I don’t think I will be able to do justice to two wives if I take a 2nd wife. Would it be allowed for me to use some sexual toys rather than falling into a Haram relationship outside marriage?

Using such toys is prohibited on your own as this is masturbation. Try to coach your wife and to teach her how to please you bit by bit.

One should make dua in sujood and alhamdulillah I do but I am confused. Will it be counted as Bid’ah if I make dua only in my last rakah?

I live in College Dorm and Hence use public Toilets. Sometimes in toilets, flies, mosquitoes etc keep hovering in filth and try sitting on my clothes etc. In case they sit I change my dress and wash it which is difficult for someone who lives by himself Can I Know If such insects can spread najas

You must not worry about such things, since these are the waswas and you must ignore these thoughts. Changing your dress is an innovation.

Is it permissible to study Arabic and Tajweed with a Sheikh who is an imam at a deobandi masjid (or any other deviant sect for that matter)?
