There has been a marriage proposal come through for me and mum is unsure whether she should accept. Is it ok for her to do istikhara for guidance on whether she should accept this proposal for me?

She can pray it after taking a decision to meet the people for example. However,the main one to make istikhara is you as you are the one to get married.

, If a person is facing some serious financial crisis and needs immediate job in this case is this permissible for him to work in a bank (riba based)? and if that person hates bank job also but doing it just because of compulsion.

No, this is totally prohibited. He should trust in Allah and ask for His help and support, and look for another job.

If it is made of pork, it is not permissible to use unless its physical and chemical characteristics are totally transformed to another material that is no longer related to pork. I would advise avoiding it as this is not a necessity to use or to make such candles.

Recent attack on french magazine office, can it be taken as jihad? As its mentined in hadith iman has 3 levels.
