My question is, is you get menses stain on your clothing underneath. And you have washed it thoroughly and no blood comes out when touched with water BUT it has left a menses colour stain on the clothes. Are you allowed to pray with this? or is it better not to?

Sheikh,I have a question please which is I used to committ this evil act of hitting my wife. Then I repented and swore that if i hit my wife again there will be divorce to her. My question is, if I hit her again would that count as an oath or would divorce count please? May Allah reward you.

This is permissible. However, the sunnah is to slaughter only one sheep and include in it all your deceased ones.As for the prophet Muhammad salla ALlahu alahi wa sallam, you shouldn’t do that as he is not in need for that and it is an innovation.
