If im still at the airport and the time of dhuhur salah comes in before i sit in the airplane, and i pray at airport, should i pray Qasar or should i be praying the whole thing?

You must not shorten your prayer as you are still in your city. Only if the airport is outside the city that you may shorten and combine as well.

I calculated the value of zakat that i had to give and it turned out to be 40000 rupees so i put this money aside. Few days later when i was about to hand over the zakat money, the rate of gold had changed and the due zakat now turned out to be 50000 rupees. At what rate do i give the zakat? According to the day i calculated it or the day when i hand over the money?

I have custody of my child and want to move back to my country. I don’t have any family here and living alone here is incredibly hard on me. My parents can only visit once a year. Would it be permissible to leave the country I’m living in now and thus moving away from the father of my child?

This is permissible but you must give him rights to see his child on holidays and to be with him and also to contact him on weekly basis.

sheikh whats the ruling on saying `ameen` loudly during qunoot in witr? In makkah(Haram) ameen is said softly while some mosques it is said loudly.

my question is:I have a land which i initially bought Four years ago with the intent to developed/built a house on it. Later I changed my mine to sell it so that I can meet up some of my needs. The amount of the land is upto nisab zakkat. Though the gain made is not much, less that the nisab. Do I have to calculate and pay zakat from the proceed?

If you intended to sell it and sold it and had spent the money in less than one year since intending tinsel it, there is no zakat.

if a person has chronic severe OCD since childhood, is he accountable for things like extreme anger, over loading little things, waswaas etc? He can try to change but the chemical imbalance and OCD implications are so over whelming!

I have a couple of questions to ask you. 1) What is the ruling of qunut during the tahajjud prayer? some people say that it not permissible for us to raise our hands and say “Ameen” behind the Imam. Is this true?

This is false. It is sunnah to raise your hands in Duaa of Qunoot.
