I suffer from waswas,OCD & intrusive thoughts.Lately Ive been getting involuntary,bad intrusive thoughts & waswas that im turned on durin Salah & then I feel maybe I passed madhi & have to do istinja.Is it ok if I just ignore these thoughts & take them as trick of Shaitan & not wash?I get normal discharge as well so its difficult to distinguish even if I passed madhi.

You are doing the right thing by ignoring. Next time, sprinkle some water in your underwear, so you will think it’s the water when you get such deviant thoughts.

Is the toilet floor impure so for example if my trousers falls onto the toilet floor does it become impure and needs to be partly washed or fully washed?

If there’s an impurity, it is impure. But if there isn’t any impurity, it is pure.

I saw a fb post where a sister questioned u whether giving challenge to post verses of quran for 7days on fb is bid’ah or not. u answered that it’s bid’ah. seeing this Q/A I got confused. if I don’t take this challenge as a form of Ibadah, just consider it as a way of spreading verses of Quran, would it be bid’ah?

I make wudu in the bathroom, where there’s a toilet, so I say the dua for wudu in my head. Then when leave, I say it again. Is this correct?

There is no dua for making wudhu; you only say “Bismillah” before you start. If there is a toilet in the washing area, you have to say it in your mind, without making sound or moving your lips. As for the Duaa afterwards, you should say it outside.

Is the saying ‘ everything is prewritten but by duas it can be rewritten’ correct? Can Qadr be rewritten by duas.

sheikh,I wish I didn’t have to complain about my in laws. It’s unethical I know. How do I deal with my mum & sis in law… they keep calling my mother up, spreading outragous lies about me at the say so of my psychopath husband. All of my in laws are terrified of him especially his mother by her own admission. They made the relationship between me & my mum turbulent. Advice?
