This is not authentic.

Recently our masjid has been under development and the people on the second floor can’t hear the microphone to join the congregation salah, so a second person leads the prayer upstairs at the same time. Is this permissible? It’s caused some problems with some people due to this.

If he only relays the takbeer of the Imam because he is up front and can hear him, this is permissible. But if he is offering a new prayer where he is the Imam, this is invalid as there is an ongoing congregation and it is the original.

Giving profit from the capital invested is riba. The percentage agreed upon should be from the profit and not from the capital.

I have a question in regards to women travelling. I will be given an opportunity in my 3rd year of Nursing in sha allah when I shall be 22 years of age to travel to 3rd world countries in order to help sick and needy children and people. There are going to be more than 100 women travelling would I be permitted to travel without a Mehram in this case?

If you don’t have a mahram, even if you were 1000 women, this is prohibited to travel.

I am working for the music industry and i am considering to quit because i no longer want to be in this industry. But many advised me to not quit due to our country’s bad economy. I ordered some vitamins from a company around 5 months ago. However they sent me the wrong box of vitamins which means I didn’t pay the full price for what they sent me. (I had payed for another, cheaper product) I contacted them 3 times because I wanted to pay for the product they sent me but they only answered once, and I forgot to reply. Can I use the vitamins they sent me originally?

Yes, you can but try to send them the difference. If they said it is ok, you have no problem. But if they didn’t answer, give the difference in charity.

In a video i have heard a scholar say that if a person whether a man or a women, only prays namaaz during ramadaan but does not pray the rest of the year is a Kafir. Is it true that if a person does not offer namaaz the whole year but only prays during the month of ramadaan is a Kafir?

You can say it once but the Sunnah is to say it three times. You can say it in any number you like.

I stay in Germany but always time changes during winter and summer seasons. They add or subtract one hour, it was done by people.Does it affect the time for obligatory prayers, and what should i do should follow the real time created as created by Allah

You should rely on the positioning of the sun. If you are unable to detect this, take a timetable from the masjid as they incorporate in it the time saving.
