Sheikh I am known to be a humble person by my friends .. I have been treating my servants nicely too . But this time the servant I have does not understand the tasks .. my patience is usually challenged and I lose my temper .. cannot change the servant as the visa and job commitment for 2 years .. Is it ok to be strict with servants in order to make them do their work properly?

I am not very practising but I booked my hajj this year I am trying my best to take my mum she’s ill and has mental health problems have managed to make her booking was very hard but I am sure she will go hajj. I am getting very less family support and some sibling telling me go next year I have made my mind up I will go and mum. Isn’t hajj meant to be blessing why is it so hard for me.

Life is a test! If it was easy, where would the testing be? Winning paradise has a high price. Be patient and tolerant and ignore what others say as long as things are facilitated and planned well.

During funerals according to my ethnic tradition,we have about 250 people attending to read Quran, duas,& we hire a person or family members cook an entire feast for guests for the sake of hospitality (not for sake of dead) after the Janazah.This become expensive & burdensome for grieving families because they are sad & don’t want to do anything.Is providing a meal to guests after Janazah Islamic?

Sheikh, Is it essential to GARGLE with water when rinsing the mouth during wudu. Or is it enough to just swirl the water around in the mouth, then spit it out.

If you missed your salah deliberately, there isn’t anything you can do, as this time is passed. You can only offer nawafil prayers instead.

we have a marrige proposal for my daughter his deen nd relation with his parents nd relatives are good but according to my husband their living seems less then ours but my daughter is ok with that as she prefer deen most we have not visited then yet but father wants to wait for better option we talked to them they said their needs are being fulfilled alhmdulillah

sheik..I stay with my husband n my father in law does not wish to keep his wife. The problem is my mother in law wants my husband to stay with her at nights. .. is he liable to leave his wife n children n stay with his mother..

Your husband has obligations towards his mother and towards you and your children. If his mother is living with others, he must not sleep over and leave his own family! He may do this whenever there is a necessity but not every night.

I joined an online forum about a year ago for Muslim to share knowledge and discuss topics.There is a guy who I am impressed by and I am thinking of proposing to him.
