Maternal aunt & we met each other after long time & she gave 3000 BDT to my brother & gave 3000 BDT to me. As a women , I’m again severely confused about taking full or half of this amount cause I saw scholars mentioning that ,even gifts should be given according to inheritance law to brother & sister. I know there’s difference of opinion. Which opinion can I follow for not being sinful?

No one differs over such a gift from your aunt. They differ whether this is applicable to your parents gift or not and the most authentic opinion that male and females are equal in such a gift.

i want to buy a flat but i am wondering if i can go with the installment plan which is interest free..but the project is like if i buy directly from an owner who already bought that flat from a builder few years a go on installment it costs me 300k but if i buys the flat from builder it costs me 350k but it will be divided on 60 monthly installments.builder have only this option
