We wash our clothes in washing machine. After washing the clothes I take a small corner of the clothes and wash them by hand three times saying Bismillah. Does it make the clothes pure if there was any impurity or nachis in them. When we wash clothes in washing machine how do we make the clothes pure?

This is totally baseless and it is an innovation, since you mention the name of Allah and believe it purifies the clothes by washing a small corner of it three times. You must  stop that immediately and washing them regularly in the washing machine is totally sufficient.
