My question is what if the parents dont want their grown up children to meet thier siblings means one parental (both sides) uncles and aunts and first cousins. Because of their own personal issues. Whats on the person then? What should one do.

Sheikh I study alot on Islam and comparative religion and I try to spread the knowledge I have and I usually debate with family or friends but they get offended when I reject their cultural beliefs which goes against Quran and hadis.
